Confirm with the hospital which official website, app, mini program or telephone channel it uses. Save your appointment details offline as well. Tell any companion which contact method will work after you arrive.
Save names in Chinese
Keep the hospital full name, campus address, hotel address and meeting point in Chinese. Search the exact campus rather than only the English hospital name. Take a screenshot of the entrance and allow time for registration.
Set up payments before they are needed
Install payment apps only from their official sources or your device app store. Check the current verification steps and card support in the app. Keep another hospital-approved payment method available in case setup or payment fails.
Prepare language and connectivity
Download needed language packs and keep short appointment questions in both languages. Check mobile data, roaming or eSIM compatibility with your provider. Translation apps are communication aids; ask a qualified interpreter for complex clinical discussions.
