We collect only the information you choose to submit through the enquiry form: name, email, country or language, preferred dates, interest and message. We use it to reply to your request and coordinate services. Do not submit emergency symptoms, passport numbers or complete medical records through this public form. Website statistics and enquiry follow-up
We also record the page visited, page language, referring website domain and campaign tags to understand which content leads to enquiries. A random identifier is kept in your browser tab's session storage; no advertising cookies or external analytics service are used. Statistics do not retain raw IP addresses or full referring URLs. Common bots are excluded, and page-view measurement honours Do Not Track. This is approximate page-view data, not a count of unique people. Country or language information in enquiry reports is what you enter in the form, not an inferred nationality.
Enquiries are stored in our private administration area with follow-up status and notes. They are not automatically emailed. Access is restricted to the site administrator, and private backups are created only when the administrator clicks the manual backup button. Search Console reports may be imported as aggregate Google search data; Google search terms are not matched to individual enquiries.
